São Tomé and Príncipe is a two-island nation tucked in the Gulf of Guinea, just off the coast of Central Africa — one of the world's smallest and least-visited countries, and all the more enchanting for it. The dry season from June through September brings the most sunshine and the least rainfall, making it the most comfortable time to explore the islands' trails, beaches, and coastal waters.
